Farmers Go Hi-Tech For Subsidised Fertilisers

July 16, 2010 – Dr. Agnes Kalibata, Rwanda’s Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources, announced a fertilizer subsidy system in which farmers can access fertilizers using electronic identity cards.
