Fatoumata Coulibaly joined IFDC in March 2019 as BoP Marketing Specialist for the 2SCALE program in Mali, contributing to the development of agribusiness sector and food industry. She began her professional career at Sasakawa Africa Funds for Extension, a non-profit farmer-based organization, as a Program Officer and was responsible for building the capacity of extension services and farmers, especially women, youth, and marginalized groups. She also worked as Program Officer for Public-Private Partnership at Sasakawa Global 2000, where she facilitated producers’ access to markets. Coulibaly holds a degree in agribusiness management from Central University College in Accra, Ghana, which is affiliated with the University of Cape Coast. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in economics.
