The Fertilizer Institute (TFI) and the Fertilizer Industry Round Table (FIRT)
The Fertilizer Institute (TFI) and the Fertilizer Industry Round Table (FIRT) invite you to the Fertilizer Outlook and Technology Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on November 15-17, 2016. This year’s theme is “Adapting to a Changing Climate: Addressing the forces that are challenging our industry.” The fertilizer industry, as with all of agriculture, is staring down a changing climate due to market pressures, regulations, and consumer demand. Join us in Fort Lauderdale as we explore how to address and adapt to these changes.
The conference kicks off by taking a look at supply and demand outlooks for major fertilizer nutrients and the agriculture industry, along with talks on nutrient stewardship and the economic impact of the industry. A panel of influential executives will present their views on some of the most critical issues facing the fertilizer industry, including how the industry fits into global food security, capital investments, and technical challenges and opportunities. The second day round table program will highlight issues that are reshaping our industry, such as the impact of regulations, enhanced efficiency fertilizers, and new technologies impacting distribution and farmers.
The Fertilizer Outlook and Technology Conference will offer participants a detailed overview of industry dynamics and future trends that will be in play throughout the year. TFI and FIRST look forward to seeing you in Fort Lauderdale.
