To mark the completion of the REACH-Uganda project, IFDC Global in collaboration with IFDC Uganda organized an online webinar, ‘Partnering for Resilience: Transformations in Agribusiness for Rice & Potato Farmers’, to share achievements, lessons learned and recommendations in the rice and potato sectors. The webinar features two REACH-Uganda partners, who share their experiences and offer partnership insights on the local seed production model and the rice supply chain for smallholder farmers, noting a) where they started and the problem that needed to be solved, b) how the partnership with REACH-Uganda addressed it and how both parties contributed, c) the impact on smallholder farmers, and d) challenges and lessons learned.
