Geoffrey Martin

Geoffrey Martin is a senior international HR leader with over 20 years of experience optimizing people operations and fostering inclusive workplaces. Since joining IFDC in June 2023 as Global HR Director, he has led HR strategy across 27 countries, supporting 700+ employees. Previously, he held leadership roles at the National Democratic Institute, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), and BNP Paribas Fortis, specializing in global HR operations, M&A integration, and compliance. Geoffrey has also advised organizations, including the Embassy of Belgium and Make-A-Wish International, on HR strategy. He holds master’s degrees in HR and Communication, a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate (Cornell), and SHRM-SCP certification.
