Kelly Kelley brings over 30 years of legal experience to her role as General Counsel at IFDC. Kelley served IFDC as a Legal Consultant, providing guidance on regulatory matters, in-house counsel support, and contractual analysis. She also previously held the position of Senior Contracts Officer at IFDC from 2010 to 2014, where she developed legal frameworks for multimillion-dollar food security and research initiatives across Africa and Central Asia.
Kelley has served as in-house counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Lister Healthcare Corporation, legal counsel at Alabama Power Company, and associate attorney at Balch & Bingham, where she focused on complex business litigation, employment law, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from Troy State University.
