Rassidatou Moustafa is an agricultural economist with more than 15 years of experience in the design, planning, implementation, and management of agricultural development projects and programs, with strong expertise in food systems, agricultural value chain development, and market access.
She joined IFDC in 2016 as a warehouse receipt system specialist under Phase 1 of the Communal Approach to the Agricultural Market in Benin (ACMA) program and currently serves as Deputy Chief of Party for ACMA Phase 3 and IFDC Country Representative in Benin.
Rassidatou is recognized for her expertise in market systems development, value chain approaches, agricultural clusters, and innovative financing mechanisms. Her work focuses on strengthening producer organizations, promoting agricultural entrepreneurship, expanding financial inclusion, and improving rural livelihoods and food security.
