Samuel Ssempala
Samuel Ssempala is a skilled professional with over a decade of experience in business development and project management. His experience includes designing programs for esteemed partners such as Mastercard Foundation, RUFORUM, Franklin Covey, BRAC Foundation, USAID, and other institutions. Samuel joined IFDC two years ago, where he took on the role of coordinating public and private partners while demonstrating a keen ability for resource mobilization and business development.
In his current role as Country Director, Samuel leads transformative initiatives that empower communities and drive social and economic progress. His hands-on involvement in field activities and coordination of public and private partners demonstrates his pragmatic approach to complex project dynamics.
Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in business statistics from Makerere University, a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from Project Management Institute, and a postgraduate certificate in entrepreneurship in emerging economies from Harvard Business School.
