Stelio Florêncio Marerua is a versatile Communication, Reporting, and Outreach Specialist with extensive experience in international development. Currently serving as a Communications Officer at IFDC under the Triple Resilience (3R) Program, following several years of impactful work with the United Nations’ International Labour Organization (ILO) in Mozambique.
