September 26, 2010 – Dr. Agnes Kalibata, Rwanda’s Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources, and Joseph Sesay, Sierra Leone’s Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security, are calling on the international donor community to increase funds for agriculture.
