IFDC invites qualified international consulting firms to submit proposals to conduct the final external evaluation of the Private Seed Sector Development (PSSD-2) project.
As PSSD-2 approaches completion, an independent evaluation is needed to provide a comprehensive final assessment of the project’s effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact, while documenting lessons learned and strategic recommendations to inform future programming.
The evaluation will assess the implementation status of project activities, with particular focus on public-private partnership components, using indicators from the project’s monitoring and evaluation framework. It will also analyze the key factors that influenced project outcomes—including implementation strategy, resource mobilization, partnerships, and external opportunities and challenges—to better understand what contributed to project achievements.
The final evaluation will provide critical insights into project performance, sustainability of results, and strategic opportunities for future donor-supported interventions.
