Jan-Maarten Mulder is a seasoned professional with expertise in agribusiness, renewable energy, and technology. With over 25 years of global experience in finance, investments, and commodities, he has served in key leadership roles at ABN AMRO Bank and Trafigura, and as CFO of Digital Divide Data. Mulder’s board work focuses on strategy, finance, and governance, drawing on his extensive track record in guiding organizations through complex operational challenges and growth phases.
His current and past board roles span a range of organizations, including STX Group, Digital Divide Data, and Root Capital, where he has contributed to governance transformation, risk management, and strategic vision development. His global outlook is informed by having lived and worked across three continents, giving him a unique perspective on international business dynamics.
Mulder holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Delft University of Technology and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
