Joshua Muradzicua is the Program Manager for the Triple Resilience project in Mozambique. He Joined IFDC in March 2023 and has over 22 years of experience in Supply Chains and Market Systems Development in sub-Sahara Africa, mainly in Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. He specializes in rural economic development, being able to link hundreds of thousands of farmers to lucrative agriculture markets, financing opportunities, inputs and smart technologies, and relevant technical assistance.

Joshua worked for several world-class organizations that include CARE International, SNV, DAI in its US and European divisions, the Mozambican Government, and the Zimbabwe Farmers Union. During this period, he worked with the private sector (SMMEs), parastatals, large corporations, and regional governments in developing business solutions to improve livelihoods for smallholder farmers, especially women and youth. Joshua holds an MBA from Midlands State University (MSU) and a Doctorate in Rural Economic Development from the Atlantic International University.
