Peter Majur Ador joined IFDC in 2022 as the Market Systems Technical Lead and Project Manager for the Resilience through Agriculture in South Sudan (RASS) project. Ador is a climate-smart agriculturalist. He received his master’s degree in environmental leadership and management, with an emphasis on the climate change pathway, from the University of Nottingham. Prior to joining IFDC, Ador worked for Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) in South Sudan. As program manager, he oversaw several projects tailored to meet humanitarian and international development needs. He brings a wealth of humanitarian and development expertise to IFDC. Ador’s main research interests include agriculture’s response to changing climatic conditions and market systems development for long-term sustainability.
