The Soil Values program invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for an assignment in Mali, Niger, and Nigeria focused on scaling the Zainer, a mechanized solution that enhances land restoration and agricultural productivity.
The objective of this assignment is to establish a sustainable, in-country private sector ecosystem capable of assembling, distributing, operating, and maintaining Zainer technology. This will ensure that the equipment can be sourced locally and that farmers and service providers can access reliable maintenance and support services well beyond the duration of the program.
The selected service provider will play a central role in vital objectives including: building the Zainer scaling ecosystem by identifying and strengthening networks of local SMEs and workshops, equipping technicians and entrepreneurs with the technical and business skills required to deliver Zainer-related services on a commercial basis, and developing accessible, user-friendly technical materials in relevant languages.
Applications may be submitted through the dedicated form below or via email to the appropriate address listed in the Terms of Reference.
