The Regional Hub for Fertilizer and Soil Health for West Africa and Sahel, through IFDC, is seeking proposals from qualified software development firms to enhance the Fertilizer and Seed Recommendations Map for West Africa (FeSeRWAM) platform.

FeSeRWAM is a digital agricultural tool designed to provide tailored agro-input packages (AIPs) with recommendations on fertilizers, seeds, and good agricultural practices based on country-specific agroecological conditions across West Africa.

The selected firm will design and implement a centralized database architecture that ensures real-time or near real-time synchronization across the web application, mobile application, and administrative portal. The firm will also upgrade the FeSeRWAM platform by integrating new technical and analytical functionalities that improve technical guidance and economic transparency as well as the relevance, usability, precision, and impact of AIPs.

The primary objective of this assignment is to improve the overall performance and efficiency of FeSeRWAM, and it will support the enhancement of the platform through additional functionalities.
