Isaac Brou serves as the Project Officer for the Hydro-Agro-Meteorological Information System (SIHAM)/West Africa Food System Resilience Program (FSRP) program in Togo. He possesses extensive experience in ICT4Ag, management information systems, digital transformation, and data-driven agricultural information services, backed by a strong track record in leading and supporting the implementation of ICT4Ag strategies and platforms that enhance access to key agricultural data and strengthen information systems within the sub-region. He holds a Master’s degree in artificial intelligence and has completed specialized training in computer science and project management, certified by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Oxford.
