IFDC invites qualified consultancy firms to submit proposals to develop and implement the endline evaluation for the Building Resilience and Inclusive Growth of Highland farming systems for rural Transformation (BRIGHT) project.
As BRIGHT nears completion, IFDC seeks to engage with an experienced team to conduct a comprehensive assessment of project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned, with a focus on resilience among farmer households in Ugandan highland communities, namely the Kigezi, Rwenzori, and Elgon highland regions. The evaluation will examine project results, including the impact of the Participatory Integrated Planning (PIP) approach, agricultural productivity, food and nutrition security, market access, financial inclusion, and the adoption of sustainable farming practices.
