Date: June 11
Time: 10:00 a.m. GMT
Register today for a regional webinar hosted by the Soil Values program to promote a shared understanding of the Bundle Box approach and explore opportunities for scaling.
The event will showcase the concept, present emerging experiences and operational models, and encourage dialogue among stakeholders.
About the Bundle Box Approach
Across the Sahel, smallholder farmers and agropastoralists face a combination of challenges that constrain agricultural productivity and the sustainability of farming systems. Declining soil fertility, climate change, and limited access to quality inputs, financial services, and reliable markets continue to affect livelihoods and food security.
To address these challenges, the Soil Values program is developing the Bundle Box, an innovative, farmer-centered approach that brings together complementary technologies, services, and opportunities in a single package. Rather than offering isolated solutions, the Bundle Box integrates contextually tailored resources, including:
- Agricultural inputs
- Sustainable soil fertility management practices
- Advisory services
- Access to finance
- Market linkages
- Digital support tools
The approach aims to improve productivity, restore soil health, strengthen resilience to climate change, and create sustainable economic opportunities for farmers.
The webinar will also provide a platform to identify collaboration opportunities and strengthen partnerships that can support the wider adoption of integrated soil fertility management (ISFM) solutions across the Sahel.
The webinar will be conducted in both English and French, with interpretation provided to facilitate participation and exchange among stakeholders across the region.
