Tesfa Tedla

Tesfa Assefa Tedla is the Communications Manager for the TRANSFORM Ethiopia Program at IFDC where he leads strategic communications and knowledge management to enhance program visibility, stakeholder engagement, and impact. A senior Communications and Knowledge Management professional, Tesfa has over 14 years of experience leading strategic communications, media engagement, digital storytelling, and knowledge management for international NGOs, including RTI International and Save the Children, and donor-funded programs in Ethiopia, including USAID- and DFID/FCDO-funded initiatives. Tesfa holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and is passionate about using storytelling and knowledge-sharing to amplify development impact and drive meaningful change.
